Fresh Legs Outdoor Guides Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The initial deposit is non-refundable, unless Fresh Legs Outdoor Guides cancels the trip or we do not meet the minimum requirement of eight guests.
Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to departure will receive a refund of all payments made, less the deposit.
Cancellations made 60–89 days prior to departure will result in 50% of the total trip cost being non-refundable.
Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to departure will result in 75% of the total trip cost being non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure are non-refundable.
Guests may transfer their reservation to another participant up to 30 days prior to departure, subject to approval.
Once you have paid your deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a survey collecting some important information.

$1000 is due to hold your spot on the 2027 tour. 90 days before the tour departs, the remaining balance of $5,800 will be due. If you are booking a single supplement, the remaining balance is $6,800. The date for final payment is November 11, 2026.
Travel Insurance
All guests are required to carry travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation for the duration of the tour. Proof of insurance must be provided when the remaining tour cost is paid. (By November 11, 2026) but purchasing sooner is recommended. Once you have purchased, please email us with your insurance provider and policy number.
